Supervised machine learning suite predicting patient genotypes strictly from audiometric data.

What it does

Allows clinicians to plug a patient’s audiogram into “Audioprofiles” to determine which gene is responsible before ordering sequencing panels.

STRC usage

NOT TESTED — web interface at audiogene.eng.uiowa.edu. Predicts genotype from audiogram. Would check if Misha’s audiogram profile matches STRC pattern.
